We will perform this by proactively looking at job, human and organisational that may contribute to an accident happening and assist you in implementing the principals of prevention in eliminating or reducing risks to so far as reasonably practicable.
In the unfortunate event that an accident happens we will carry out a thorough accident investigation to determine the root cause such as training provided and job, human and organisation factors and immediate causes such as equipment being used, materials being used, position of guards, position of any equipment controls, housekeeping, weather conditions, noise etc.
